Iron Palace uses Aramex Store to Door for deliveries within South Africa unless otherwise stated.

Delivery services are provided by independent third-party courier companies. While we aim to ensure timely and safe delivery, Iron Palace cannot guarantee courier performance, delays, or delivery outcomes once orders have been handed over to the courier.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may increase during:

  • peak periods;
  • sales promotions;
  • public holidays;
  • supplier delays;
  • unforeseen operational circumstances.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately:

8–11 business days from the date the order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Iron Palace shall not be liable for:

  • courier delays;
  • failed delivery attempts;
  • strikes;
  • weather disruptions;

4. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

Iron Palace will not be responsible for:

  • lost parcels due to incorrect addresses;
  • failed deliveries;
  • additional courier fees caused by incorrect customer information.

Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery requests.

5. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the supplied address or collection point.

Ownership of goods remains with Iron Palace until full payment has been received and cleared.

6. Courier Liability Disclaimer

Iron Palace is not the courier service provider and therefore shall not be held liable for:

  • courier negligence;
  • delays in transit;
  • lost parcels;
  • damaged parcels;
  • theft after delivery;
  • delivery interruptions;
  • incorrect handling by third-party couriers.

Any claims relating to courier conduct or delivery issues may be referred to the courier company for investigation.

Where legally permissible, Iron Palace’s liability for any shipping-related claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

Customers must inspect parcels upon delivery.

If a parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  • customers should notify the courier immediately where possible;
  • customers must contact Iron Palace within 48 hours of delivery;
  • photographic evidence may be required.

Failure to report delivery issues within the required timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

Iron Palace reserves the right to investigate all claims before offering any assistance, replacement, or resolution.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Iron Palace shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or inconvenience arising from delayed deliveries, including:

  • business losses;
  • missed events;
  • loss of income;
  • indirect or consequential damages.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a parcel:

  • return shipping and administrative fees may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted;
  • re-shipping costs will be for the customer’s account.

10. Force Majeure

Iron Palace shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • riots;
  • strikes;
  • load shedding;
  • transport disruptions;
  • pandemics;
